Tagliatelle speck and sun dried tomatoes
Ingredients (for 2 people):
- Noodles,
- Speck,
- Sun dried cherry tomatoes – 100% Organic,
- Fresh tomatoes,
- q.s. of salt,
- q.s. pepper,
- q.s. parsley,
- Onion,
- Chili pepper,
- Olive oil.
Directions:
Chop half shallots and fry with extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick saucepan for a few minutes.
Add 8 Sun dried cherry tomatoes cut into pieces, brown and add 400 grams of chopped tomato pulp, two teaspoons of sugar, a little pepper and a little salt.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
Season with salt, add the pasta al dente, stir and serve.
