Sun dried tomatoes Patè
Ingredients:
- 2 celery stalks,
- 20 g salted cappers,
- 300 g organic sun dried cherry tomatoes,
- 1 garlic clove,
- 15 green olives,
- Extra virgin olive oil,
- pepper .
Directions:
Blanch the sun dried cherry tomatoes in hot water for 2 minutes, adding 8% of vinegar; then dry them by using a kitchen paper.
Get the salt out of cappers and olives in warm water, pit the olives, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and grind them with a mixer, till they become a creamy pâté.
Spread the pâté on the bread according to your taste.
